How to Fry Several Eggs at Once

Most of us have been there. We want to fry more than one egg, but when we put all the eggs in the pan, the egg whites run together. That means we end up with one solid fried egg white with several egg yolks on top. Cutting the eggs apart doesn’t allow for the nicest presentation, especially if you’re trying to impress guests. It’s not the end of the world, but wouldn’t it be nice to figure out a way to fry multiple eggs at the same time and not have them stick together?

It turns out, there is a trick to frying a few eggs at the same time. What’s the secret, you ask? Drop each egg into the frying pan about 10 to 15 seconds apart. By doing this, you will allow the whites of each egg to firm up. That will stop the eggs from sticking together. Even if the eggs do run together, you can use a spatula to gently pull them apart and hold them in place while they cook and firm up. As each egg finishes frying, you can scoop it up and put it where it belongs, next to some bacon or on a piece of toast!
