Have you ever wanted to make your own
compilation CDs? Maybe create your own greatest hits collections?
Creating your own compact discs can allow you to listen
to your favorite songs at ease, whether you’re in
our apartments in Lady Lake, Florida
or in your car. To create your own music CDs, all you
need is a computer with a CD burner and a music program,
and a blank disc.
Follow these easy steps to have your
homemade CDs ready for listening in under ten minutes:
- Open iTunes or a similar software
program, and create a new playlist.
- Select songs, and add them to the
new playlist. Try not to put more than 70 minutes of
music onto the playlist, as most CDs do not hold more
music than that.
- Click on the button that reads ‘Burn
to Disc’ or something similar.
- Your computer will ask you to insert
a blank disc. Simply insert a blank CD into your disc
drive, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Wait about five minutes until the
CD has finished burning. When something on the screen
tells you the CD is done burning, eject it from your
disc drive.
- Find the closest CD player and listen
to your new music.
Jamming out to your favorite tunes is
just one way you can spend quality time in your apartment,
but just remember to keep the volume at a reasonable level
so you don’t disturb your neighbors, who may want
