The Quarters Apartment Homes are in Lady Lake, Florida, a town in Lake County Florida, which is located right in the heart of our great state along the 27/441 corridor. To name just one example, Walt Disney World Resort is located only a little over an hour away from our cozy hometown.

- Leesburg, also known as “The Lakefront City,” is home to several colleges, such as Beacon College and Lake-Sumter State College. Every spring, Leesburg holds an annual motorcycle festival, called the “Leesburg Bikefest.”
- The Villages, a master planned retirement community which was named as the fastest-growing small city in the United States by Forbes Magazine in 2014.
- Ocala, which has been inhabited by various cultures since as early as 6500 B.C.
- Belleview, which means “Beautiful View” – their motto is “The City with the Small Town Charm.”
- Eustis, which has held an annual festival called “GeorgeFest” every year since 1902. GeorgeFest, which begins on the last Friday of every February, is the second-longest running festival honoring George Washington, the first President of the United States.
- Tavares, also known as “America’s Seaplane City,” is home to the city-owned, public-use Tavares Seaplane Base on Lake Dora.
