- A small flashlight or penlight
- Clean gauze, cotton balls, and cotton swabs

- Sterile saline solution
- Antidiarrheal medicine
- Tweezers and nail clippers
- Magnifying glass
- Stethoscope
- Lubricant (mineral oil or petroleum jelly)
- Paper first aid tape
