• After you’ve unpacked your new mouse, insert the USB receiver that comes with the product into any of the USB ports on your computer, which can typically be found on either side of your laptop.
• Add the batteries to your wireless mouse, and then place it on a mouse pad or other smooth surface to test it.
• If any device drivers need to be installed, your computer will search for them automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts to help your laptop auto-install the necessary software.
• Although this is not really necessary to operate a wireless mouse, you may find it helpful to disable you laptop’s track pad.
